Webby Inc strives to be the most reliable postcard service in the world, however we can not guarantee that there won't be occasions beyond our control such as natural or man-made disasters, earthquakes, floods, bad weather or Internet carrier problems that could cause delays or loss of cards or other mail.

For the same reason we also can not guarantee that our servers are always accessible from all directions at all times, nor do we accept responsibility for any loss, damage, annoyance or inconvenience incurred if users of a My Postcards Network™ member site are unable to connect to our or their servers or the servers or encounter any postcard or mail delivery problems.

Webby Inc did not, does not and never will use e-mail addresses of both senders and recipients of cards sent from My Postcards Network™ member sites for sending unsolicited commerical or non-commercial e-mail.
